Poetic Justice

Poetic justice is punishment with rhyme: the tailgater towed by the truck he cut off, the wage thief audited, the queue-jumper jumping into the closed till. The literary term is old; the dashcam era industrialized it. Psychologically it is why karma stories satisfy — pattern-hungry brains love a moral with symmetry. The filed accounts here get judged exactly on that symmetry: too perfect reads as fiction, and the believed ones always carry one asymmetric, useless, true-smelling detail.
