Quantum Immortality

Quantum immortality is the many-worlds thought experiment about survival: if every quantum outcome happens somewhere, your experience continues only in branches where you live — so from inside, you always survive. It is a philosophy-class staple, untestable by design. It appears in this glossary because near-miss survivors keep reaching for it: the seatbelt that was buckled though nobody remembers buckling it, the fall that should not have been survivable. The stories are real; the interpretation is the jury's problem.
