The reported pattern is oddly consistent: the double is silent, slightly wrong in the eyes, seen doing something routine, and the original knows nothing about it. Crisis apparitions overlap: people seen at a distance near the hour of their death. The filed accounts here are mostly office and hospital cases, with sign-in sheets and camera timestamps doing the arguing that folklore never had to.
